Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force medics and U.S. Navy corpsmen bring a simulated casualty into a Japanese UH-1 helicopter during the Artillery Relocation Training Program 19.4 at Hijudai Maneuvering Area, Oita, Japan, Feb 11, 2020.
