INCHEON, So. Korea (June 3, 2005)--Vice Adm. Harvey Johnson, Commander of USCGC Pacific Area (center) addresses the crew of the USCGC Jarvis during quarters. Jarvis is in Korea to conduct exercises and demonstrations with the Korea Coast Guard as part of a bilateral agreement between the two countries. During his address, Johnson told Jarvis crewmembers that their presence in Korea was sending a message that the North Pacific Heads of Coast Guard --of which the U. S. and So.
