Jessica Flynn, CEO of Red Sky Public Relations, is sworn in as an honorary commander for the 124th Civil Engineers by Lt. Col. Elizabeth Sumner, 124th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, during a ceremony at Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho on Oct. 1, 2016.
