KABUL, Afghanistan (August 11, 2018) – A major memorandum of understanding was signed by Afghan government leaders and NATO-led Resolute Support leadership, August 11, in Kabul signifying commitment to enhanced telecommunication services across the country. The Afghanistan Minister of Interior, Minister of Defense and Minister of Communication, Information and Technology were on hand at the Resolute Support headquarters with the Resolute Support Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan deputy commander for operations to sign the documents and speak to the significant progress this agreement represented.
