Koreans train Afghans in police skills
Summary
Afghan National Police officers practice empty hand control skills with Master Cho, a South Korean police instructor, at Bagram Air Field as part of 3-week training course that concluded March 24. Korean police officers from the Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team and U.S. soldiers from the 1st Squadron, 113th Cavalry Regiment, Task Force Redhorse, a part of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division, Task Force Red Bull trained 20 ANA officers and Afghan National Army soldiers in 12 subjects ranging from marksmanship to police code of ethics, and from empty hand control skills to Afghan police law.
