Lance Cpl. John Faisteinhammer fires downrange during a close-quarters combat deck shoot aboard the USS Germantown (LSD 42), Feb. 15, 2016. The Marines and sailors of Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, went through a variety a shooting drills designed to enhance their close-quarters marksmanship skills. The Marines and sailors of the 31st MEU are currently embarked aboard the Navy ships of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group as part of their spring deployment to the Asia-Pacific region.
