Lieutenant Colonel Zakaria bin Tahir, (left), Royal Malaysian Air Force exchanges ideas with Wing Commander N.K. Mahto, Indian Air Force in preparation of PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY 2001. PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY (PAR) is a PACAF-sponsored military airlift symposium for countries in the pacific region. PAR is held every two years and is hosted by a pacific nation. This year Andersen AFB, Guam is the host nation. The symposium includes informational seminars with area of expertise briefings, a command post exercise (CPX) which addresses military airlift support to a humanitarian airlift/disaster relief scenario, and a concurrent flying training program that builds upon the CPX scenario
