Lt. Col. Charles Bursi,the new 19th Fighter Squadron commander, addresses the squadron for the first time at the 19th Fighter Squadron Change of Command Ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 13, 2020. The 19th Fighter Squadron is the first active duty associate unit flying the Raptor and is a member of the Total Force team with the Hawaiian Raptors. With the F-22 and the Hawaiian Raptors, the 19th Fighter Squadron continues its legacy and commitment to provide air dominance in the Indo-Pacific as one of the oldest squadrons in the United States Air Force.
