Lt. Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, Third Army/ARCENT commanding general and Alexandria, Va., native, conducted his first visit with Gen-Lt. Ramil Nadirov, Chief of General Staff, since taking command. He met with key leaders Nov. 20-21. The discussions reflected numerous shared interests, especially in confronting terrorists and narcotics smugglers in Tajikistan.
