LTC John Williams (USA), Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, 352nd Civil Affairs Command, examines a cow that is going to be given to a Bosnian farmer as part of a World Bank Emergency Farm Reconstruction Project. This World Bank project provides Bosnian farmers with livestock, farm equipment, and animal health services. LTC Williams is in Bosnia as part of the US contingent involved in Operation Endeavor.
