Maj. Anthony Costello, officer in charge of 173rd Airborne Brigade paratroopers in Lithuania, stands beside other distinguished guests June 5, 2014 during an award ceremony for the Lithuanian Iron Wolf Mechanized Brigade’s Best Squad Competition in Rukla, Lithuania.
