Maj. James Mitchell, the Air Liaison Officer with the 116th Air Control Squadron, Oregon Air National Guard, and his counterpart Capt. The U.S. military and Singapore Armed Forces joined together for two weeks in July for Tiger Balm 2011, an annual bilateral training exercise.
