Maj. Kai Kahele, Pilot, Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG) speaks to attendees during the Hawaii Association for Career and Technology Education (Hawaii ACTE) conference held at the Hawaii Convention Center, in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Jan. 25, 2019.
