Summary

Sgt. Jeimy Dixon, a laundry specialist and a native of Los Angeles, receives recognition for her hard work and dedication by being promoted from specialist to sergeant, Oct 1, 2008. Dixon is assigned to 2nd Platoon, 590th Quartermaster Company were she serves as a section sergeant at one of the ten Shower, Laundry, and Clothing Renovation sites in the greater Baghdad area. The 590th QM Co. is attached to the 398th Combat Sustinment Support Battalion, 1st Sustinment Brigade, and is currently serving a 15-month tour of duty.
