Leonard, commander of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) said the 164th QMG has brought great credit upon themselves, the 1st TSC and the U.S. Army. ?The unit has effectively increased the fuel storage capabilities for the Iraq operational area by 57 percent, and expertly coordinated the largest ground fuel delivery numbers in military history.?
