Members of the 2955th Combat Logistics Support Squadron position wooden cross-ties under the body of a C-141B Starlifter aircraft. The ties are safety measures to provide space for workmen to escape if the aircraft should fall off its wing jacks during its recovery operation. The aircraft, which was damaged when it slid off the runway after landing on the airfield, is being moved to another parking position for eventual repair
