Members of the New Zealand and Australian armed forces march into their positions as part of the Catafalque guard during the Multinational Force and Observers' ANZAC Day ceremony held in the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt, April 25, 2015. During the ceremony, Australian and New Zealand service members came together with their MFO counterparts to pay tribute to the more than 10,000 Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) service members who lost their lives in war in 1915. The remembrance ceremony marked the 100th Anniversary to the day when Anzacs set out to capture the Gallipoli Peninsula April 25, 1915. The campaign lasted eight months and cost Australia 8,000 Soldiers and more than 2,700 were lost by the New Zealanders.
