Members of the Ohio National Guard’s 73rd Troop Command observe the 73rd Troop Command’s ceremonial change of responsibility ceremony, July 12, at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in southeast Columbus. The ceremony is used as the formal changing of responsibility from one senior enlisted non-commissioned officer to another. Command Sgt. Maj. William Workley is the incoming command sergeant major for the 73rd. He is replacing Cmd. Sgt. Maj. Christopher Glauner as the most senior enlisted Soldier in the brigade.
