EISENHOWER (CVN-69) are shown on the starboard stern quarter manning the rail as the ship gets underway for the Caribbean in support of Operations Able Vigil and Support Democracy off Haiti. The EISENHOWER'S regular air wing is being left behind and the ship is transporting 1,800 Army troops, their helicopters and other hardware in this joint operation
