Naval Aircrewman Chief Kimihiko Sato of the Japan Maritime

Naval Aircrewman Chief Kimihiko Sato of the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) has his cover placed by his sponsor Chief Joseph Hicks during the Chief pinning ceremony held at Cinema 77 on Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi. Sato is the third member of the JMSDF to go through the Chief Petty Officer initiation. A total of 13 Chiefs attached to NAF Atsugi received their pins and combination covers in a ceremony held before their family, friends and co-workers for the fiscal year of 2013.
