Nederland, Colo., October 16,2013 -- Karen Bogenberger, FEMA Corps Disability Communications Specialist, demonstrates an iPhone application (app) which can be used by a hearing impaired or voice disabled individual to a FEMA Individual Specialist at a Disaster Recovery Center in Nederland, Colo. FEMA provides a variety of services to insure that all residents are able to register and to get information they need to assist with their recovery from recent flooding.
