OFF THE COAST, Sri Lanka (Nov. 24, 2016) A Sri Lankan Navy Special Boat Squadron Sailor climbs over the railing of Sri Lankan naval vessel via a hook ladder during visit, board, search, and seizure training, led by the Maritime Raid Force Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, during a Theater Security Cooperation engagement exercise at Sri Lanka Naval Base, Trincomalee, Nov. 24, 2016.
