Oregon Army National Guard 1st Lt. Ian Rogers drags a sled during the combat fitness test event of Kosovo Force Regional Command East's Best Warrior Competition on Aug. 27, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Rogers serves as the executive officer of KFOR RC-E maneuver battalion’s headquarters company in support of Operation Joint Guardian. He participated in the three-day event alongside nine other Soldiers from the U.S., Romania, and Poland.
