Paratroopers descend upon Luzon drop zone the 17th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop. The airborne operation is hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), on Dec. 10, 2014, at Luzon Drop Zone, N.C. Operation Toy Drop is the world’s largest combined airborne operation and allows Soldiers to earn foreign jump wings, and gives Soldiers the opportunity to earn foreign and help a less fortunate child in the Sandhill region to receive toys for the holidays.
