Prior U.S. Air Force Airmen and U.S. Navy Sailors stand in formation with their weapons while participating in the Warrior Transition Course (WTC) at Fort Knox, Ky., on Oct. 27, 2004. The WTC, also known as the Blue to Green program, is a four-week course that turns prior Airmen and Sailors into U.S. Army Soldiers by teaching them Army rank structure, customs and courtesies, and combat skills. Under this program the prior servicemembers can maintain their former job specialty and rank. (USAF photo by STAFF SGT. Derrick C. Goode) (Released)
