Recovery team members are lowered from an HH-60A Night Hawk helicopter to the crash site of the aircraft transporting Texas Rep. George T. (Mickey) Leland and members of his delegation. The wreckage was located following three days of search and rescue efforts, initiated after the plane transporting Leland and 15 other people was reported missing en route to a refugee camp near the Sudanese border. All passengers aboard the aircraft lost their lives in the crash
