(Right) Lance Cpl. Daniel C. Hayward, member of the USS Harpers Ferry (LDS49) Small Craft Action Team and a machine gunner with 2nd Squad, 1st Platoon, Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Sand Lake, Mich. native fires a M2 .50 Caliber machine gun at a moving target with the aid of Cpl.
