SENIOR AIRMAN, Jeffrey Albertson, USAF, Engineering Assistant, 823rd Red Horse Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fl, uses a Geodimeter to survey the Land at the site for the new school at Las Palmas, Paraguay, during Operation NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs is conducting engineering and medical operations in Paraguay from 10 March to 30 June 2001 enabling joint service training between US and Paraguayan military personnel. The task force will renovate, construct and improve infrastructure of four schools; four water wells, and conduct three Medical Readiness Training Exercises (MEDRETES) as agreed to by the government of Paraguay
