Alexander Kilmon, a watercraft operator from Baltimore, with the 97th Transportation Company (Heavy Boat), guides a second fuel truck onto the deck of a Landing Craft Utility 2000 named the "Bristoe Station" during the start of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise 2014 at Joint Base Langley/Eustis, Va.
