Sgt. Cogen Nelson from Wounded Warrior Battalion West

Sgt. Cogen Nelson from Wounded Warrior Battalion West located at Camp Pendleton, Calif., practices his block starts during the All-Marine Warrior Games training camp in Colorado Springs, Colo. Nelson, from Clermont, Fla., is training for the Ultimate Champion competition. The competition consists of a 100-meter swim, shot-put, 30K cycling race, 100-meter dash and air rifle competitions. More than 200 wounded, ill or injured service members from the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Special Operations Command are scheduled to compete in the 2012 Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, Colo., April 30-May 5.
