Baird is a drill sergeant representing the 95th Training Division (Initial Entry Training). Winners and runner-ups from the Army Reserve competitions for Best Warrior and Drill Sergeant of the Year have been training on warrior tasks, physical fitness and military knowledge for more than three weeks in Wisconsin to prepare for the next level of their respective competition. The Drill Sergeant of the Year Competition will kick off Aug. 17, 2019, at Camp Bullis, Texas. The Department of the Army Best Warrior Competition will kick off Oct. 4, 2019, at Fort Lee, Virginia. The Defense Visual Information Distribution Service provides a connection between world media and the American military personnel serving at home and abroad. All of these materials are preserved because they are important to the workings of Government, have long-term research worth, or provide information of value to citizens.
