SGT. John Ott, C Company, 10th Forward Support Battalion, coordinates medical support for victims of an ice storm which left thousands of North Country people without light or heat. This shelter, located in Potsdam, NY, is housing more than 1,200 people in the aftermath of the storm. SGT. Ott is a combat medic with Fort Drum's 10th Mountain Division.
