Summary

Sgt. Keith Buckmon (right) of the All-Marine wheelchair basketball team takes the ball down court while Lance Cpl. Joshua Wege works on getting open to set up an offensive play against the Army during the first game of wheelchair basketball May 17, at the Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, Colo. The Army beat the Marines 33-21 in the first game of the round robin series. Wheelchair basketball is a five-on-five game consisting of two 20-minute halves, and each team is required to have two players with lower limb impairments. The game is also a round robin event. All teams will compete against each other and seed based on their standings.
