Sgt. Luis Martinez, a reconnaissance Marine, with Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conducts a live-fire range with police officers and SWAT members of the Guam Police Department at Anderson Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 7, 2017.
