Sgt. Sarah McNichol, a Chinook Crew Chief with the 2-501st General Support Aviation Battalion, assists the maintenance crews from the 2-501st GSAB and the 127th Aviation Support Battalion reassemble the six CH-47 Chinook helicopters brought to Puerto Rico via a C5 Galaxy aircraft, reinstalling the aft pylon to which the helicopter's blades will later be attached, October 13, 2017. The maintenance Soldiers' skillset and teamwork ensure the safety of our pilots and crews and the readiness for the accomplishment of our mission to deliver supplies to the residents of Puerto Rico, once completed.
