Soldiers from Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 285th Aviation

Soldiers from Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 285th Aviation Regiment, of the Arizona National Guard paint bright orange paint on one of their UH-60 Black Hawks in preparation for firefighting efforts on Aug 12. The aviators assisted the state and national forestry divisions with battling the Charley Fire near Bartlett Lake and Mistake Peak Fire near Roosevelt Lake throughout the week. It is anticipated that the crews will continue to work on the two fires through the remainder of the week and possibly into next week.
