Staff Sgt. David Fuqua, left, a Warner Robins, Ga., native and a platoon sergeant of 615th Engineer Company, 4th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, out of Fort Carson, Colo., briefs Col. Heath Roscoe, commander of the 36th Eng. Bde., on the status of the equipment staging area, Jan. 8, 2015, at the Defense Distribution Expeditionary Yard, Buchanan, Liberia, during Operation United Assistance. Fuqua said the staging yard is going to be used for the tactical vehicles and containers as the U.S Soldiers transition out of Liberia. His platoon is close to finishing the staging area.
