STAFF SGT. Jacob Manning, F-16 Crew CHIEF, 22nd Fighter Squadron, Spangdahlem AB, Germany connects a fuel line to an F-16 Fighting Falcon. The three week exercise began 26 Aug 1995 and tested the effectiveness of both Danish and American air defenses.
