Staff Sgt. Richard Sanchez cuts out a piece of the roof of a building to prepare for an addition at Camp Hinds Boy Scout camp, Raymond, Maine, May 28, 2014. Sanchez, a member of the 127th Civil Engineer Squadron, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., is part of an Innovative Readiness Training mission at the camp, which allows military personnel to get training in various tasks and a community organization, in this case the Boy Scouts, to benefit from the work.
