Thiessen, commanding general, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, speaks to Marines and sailors with Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay after presenting them the 2010 Chief of Naval Operations Aviation Safety Award at Hangar 105 on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, June 16, 2011.
