Description: Photographic documentation of Mission Specialist Janice Voss undergoing tests, while Payload Commander and Mission Specialist Bernard Harris, Jr. gathers data on the Space Shuttle Discovery's middeck during STS-63. The tests were part joint U.S.-Russian Sensory-Motor Investigations, intended to enhance the understanding of adaptation to space flight and readaptation after flight on various aspects of human spatial orientation, neurosensory, sensory-motor, physiological, and perceptual functions and on autonomic gastric functions associated with space motion sickness.
