Description: STS-72 Mission Specialist Winston Scott (EV3) performs Detailed Test Objective (DTO) 833, Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) Thermal Comfort and EVA Worksite Thermal Environment Evaluation, during second extravehicular activity (EVA). Scott stands on a foot restraint attached to the Office of Aeronautics and Space Technology-Flyer (OAST-Flyer) Spartan Flight Support Structure (SFSS). An Articulating Portable Foot Restraint (APFR) Ingress Aid (AIA) is extended in front of Scott and a thermal cube is mounted behind him. Closeup view of EMU suited Scott with his gold-plated visor halfway down.
