Description: STS-103 mission specialist Claude Nicollier (on the end of the Remote Manipulator System (RMS) arm) connects a Fine Guidance Sensor (FGS) he has just installed into the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) while Mission specialist Michael Foale (broken red stripes on his EMU) watches from a portable foot restraint. This operation was conducted during the second of three extravehicular activities (EVAs) to repair the HST.
