Tajikistan Army Col. Salizmoda Manucher Sherlai, brigade commander for Exercise Regional Cooperation 2019 (RC 19) and department chief of the general staff for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, thanks the delegations of each country for participating in RC 19 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, August 12, 2019. Exercise Regional Cooperation is an annual exercise to help strengthen military-to-military relationships between the United States and partners in Central and South Asia. The participants of RC 19 include military leaders and officials from Mongolia, Tajikistan, United States and Uzbekistan and observers from Pakistan.
