Team New Horizons working together in a multinational effort to build the roof at Las Palmas School, Paraguay, during Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs conducts engineer and medical operations in Paraguay, enabling joint training. The task force will renovate, construct and improve the infrastructure of four schools, four water wells, two medical clinics, and conduct multiple Medical Readiness Training Exercises (MEDRETES), and Veterinarian Readiness Training Exercises (VETRETES) as agreed to by the government of Paraguay
