The load team from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, with the help and guidance of AIRMAN First Class Terry Wright, Load master, 17 Airlift Squadron, Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina, maneuver the pallet on the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. PHOENIX THUNDER 97-B is an exercise in which the Air Expeditionary Force model is tested. The main thrust of this test is to deploy an Air Wing of fighter aircraft and support people and supplies to a distant location in a minimum amount of time
