The tail of a C-130 Hercules from 61st Airlift Squadron (AS) of Little Rock AFB, Arkansas, is deployed to Ramstein AB, Germany, for a 100 day Temporary Duty (TDY) tour assisting Operation JOINT GUARD (previously Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR). Flying C-130s every day to the Former Yugoslav region (primarily Tuzla) they pick up and deliver cargo and passengers in support of JOINT GUARD. JOINT GUARD is the multi-national peacekeeping mission that provides a climate of stability in the war-torn land of Bosnia-Herzegovina
