Tuz tribal leaders and members of Sons of Iraq swear to an Iraqi oath to assist with Iraqi security forces and coalition forces' security efforts in their rural region located approximately 50 miles south of Kirkuk City, in the Salah ad Din province where the ceremony was held at Forward Operating Base Bernstein. Over 750 SoI's were biometrically screened and signed-up prior to the ceremony.
