U.S. Air Force Lt. Col.Akshai Ghandi, the 157th Fighter Squadron commander assigned to the 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base of the South Carolina Air National Guard, greets Benjamin Ziff, deputy chief of mission for the U.S. Embassy in Colombia, during the first day of Relampago (Lightning) 2014, Rionegro, Colombia, Aug. 11, 2014.
