U.S. Air Force personnel from the 86th Airlift Wing from Ramstein Air Base, Germany load supplies and equipment, with a forklift, belonging to Economic Community Military Observation Group 13 (ECOMOG) Mali Army troops, onto a U.S. Air Force C-130E aircraft at Bamako/Seou Airport, Mali.
